The quicker it can work, the quicker it can feed those frames to its output, giving you a better framerate for gaming and other graphics intensive tasks. The more CUDA cores a GPU has, the faster it can divide-and-conquer a given rendering task every frame. CUDA (Compute Unified Device Architecture) cores are a fancy way to say processors that the GPU uses to work through discrete, complex tasks in parallel. There are only 256 extra CUDA cores in the RTX 3070 Ti, for example. All that really means is that the RTX 3070 Ti maxes out what that particular chip is capable of in terms of specs, but the RTX 3070's chip is still pushing that limit as it is. Both the RTX 3070 and RTX 3070 Ti are using the GA104 GPU, but the RTX 3070 Ti runs the GA104-400-A1 while the RTX 3070 runs the GA104-300-A1. So, how does that compare to the 3070's specs? This is what you're looking at with the RTX 3070:Ĭomparing those two specs, you can see that while the RTX 3070 Ti has a greater number of CUDA cores, faster clock speeds, and GDDR6X VRAM rather than the RTX 3070's GDDR6, we're not talking about a massive leap here. The base model has a 1080p 144Hz display paired with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060. Razer offers only three pre-determined configurations.

Our Razer Blade 14 has an AMD Ryen 9 6900HX CPU, an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti discrete GPU, 16GB of memory, and 1TB of storage. The Razer Blade 14 competes directly with the ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 (2022). However, Razer upgraded the CPU to the AMD Ryzen 9 6900HX with DDR5 memory and replaced the RTX 30 with the 3070 Ti and 3080 Ti. The 2022 model retains the same display options as its predecessor, as well as the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 GPU option. It replaces the Razer Blade 14 from 2021 with an AMD Ryzen 5900HX CPU paired with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060, 3070, or 3080 GPU. It's the smallest model of the Razer Blade lineup, with the other two being the Razer Blade 15 and 17. The Razer Blade 14 (2022) is a premium thin and light gaming laptop.
